Main focus.

Writing

Published articles and essays on topics related to the energy transition, cooperative developments, technological developments and meditation. Wrote dozens of subsidy applications for my start-up and as a technical grant consultant.

Research

In most of my work research is an integral part. Most recently I studied the impact of digital transitions in the energy and mobility sector and explored possibilities for open-source cooperative solutions and public-civil collaborations.

Start-up

Founded a battery start-up and online platform for collaboration on batteries called LEAFS (LEArning From Sharing). Currently involved in decentralized energy solutions and AI developments. Worked on both hardware and software research and developments.

Bachelor in Theoretical Physics and a master in Sustainable Energy Technology.

Start-up incubators
With my start-up E-Stone Batteries I was part of three incubators: European Space Agency, Climate-KIC and Innoenergy. On topics ranging from teambuilding, funding, finance to pitch/presentation training.
2013 - 2018
Journalism
Selected to join a program of several months to find my voice (public speaking, writing articles/essays etc.) in the political landscape in EU on cooperative and open-source topics.

Experience.

Assistant teacher Atomic Physics

Teaching bachelor student the basics of atomic and quantum physics.

CEO E-Stone Batteries
Founded a battery start-up, raised 1 million Euro seed capital.
2013-2020
Grant consultant

Wrote four successfull large EU grants (H2020) for research consortia 

2021
Off-grid energy engineer

Supported setting up a start-up/spin-off from Rolls-Royce called Kowry Energy 

2021
Researcher and writer

Studied cooperative (tech) developments, in particular related to the energy and mobility sector. Implemented open-source energy monitor solutions and wrote vision reports for governmental organizations.
